My first solo trip to the property involved a goal of finding someone to do the site work for us. The first person I met based off a referral ended up being a disappointment. Feeling a little frustrated itried the second person that I was referred to. I left a message for Owen. I decided to go for a walk in our woods in the rain to do some exploring. We have very spotty cell service but as luck would have it got a call from Owen when I had service ,can you meet me in 30 minutes. Of course I was way back in the woods so I had to hustle back. Owen arrived in red pickup in the pouring rain. He took a quick glance at our property and said let’s sit in the truck. We had an instant connection since we are both long time volunteer fireman. We had a great talk and he was very excited to take on our project. One quick signature and I had connected with the guy that would transform our site so we could build our dream home. Over the summer the speed him and his partner worked was amazing. Our driveway magically appeared over one week. Trees were cleared at record speed. Owen always has a plan and our best interest at heart. It was let’s do it right once so we don’t have to go backwards.
Every visit we made to check on progress the highlight was talking with Owen. The excitement of getting a text from him sending the pictures of the latest progress was always exciting. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to get to work with on this part of the project.
